Qualifications

• Education not required.
• Six months of experience as a package handler or switching/CDL operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move and switch trailers between yard and doors as directed.
• Coordinate trailer movements with management to optimize yard flow.
• Document trailer moves using Yard Management System or switcher cards.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment.
• Follow and demonstrate safe yard switching procedures.
