Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging historical and cultural narratives while sharing local wine history, tasting notes, and regional flavors.
• Coordinate with partner venues, wineries, and tasting room staff to ensure smooth group transitions and hospitality.
• Manage tour pacing, route safety, and group engagement to maintain an entertaining, inclusive experience.
• Provide high-quality customer service, answer guest questions, and offer local recommendations to guests.
