Job summary

Vitality Living Preston Hollow is seeking a Wellness Supervisor for the 2pm-10pm shift in Dallas, TX. The role oversees staff, coordinates medications within state guidelines, and supports residents with daily living activities while guiding new and existing team members through training.

Requirements include RN or LPN/LVN in good standing, a Bachelor’s in health or related field or equivalent, 2–5 years in similar settings, and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be RN or LPN/LVN in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in health or human services or related field, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in a similar role in skilled nursing, home health or rehabilitation settings.
• Current CPR certification and any state-required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises staff to maximize resident care initiatives.
• Monitors medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Provides activities of daily living assistance and training to staff and residents.
• Promotes positive employee relations and engagement to drive retention.
• Performs assessments to determine resident needs and plans services accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
