Job summary

Collegewise is seeking part-time tutors to help high school students with ACT, SAT, ISEE/SSAT, AP exams, and other subjects. Tutors work evenings and weekends, with options for in-office or online instruction via Zoom. A strong emphasis is placed on mentorship, professionalism, and delivering personalized support to students and families.

Hourly pay ranges from $30 to $50, with health benefits and 401(k) matching after eligibility. Offices in multiple regions may require in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and ability to score in the required percentile for your chosen subjects (ACT/SAT, Subject Tests, AP, GMAT/GRE/LSAT/MCAT).
• Strong commitment to meeting students where they are and adapting tutoring to individual needs.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability when working with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students privately at offices or online via Zoom.
• Conduct and/or supervise small group sessions as needed.
• Support students with test prep, academic subjects, and study skills as assigned.
