The Pennsylvania State University’s Survey Research Center is seeking self-motivated, reliable people as part-time phone interviewers for a state-wide study on Pennsylvanians’ online gambling engagement. Positions available August–September 2026, with training provided.

Staff will work 8–20 hours weekly, typically 3-hour shifts, 10 am–9 pm, and may be in-person or remote depending on location. Project runs Sept 2026–April 2027, with paid training and immediate start.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in a call center or research is necessary.
• 8–10 hours per week with potential up to 20 hours.
• Paid training sessions provided by experienced managers.

Responsibilities

• Administer carefully developed research questionnaires via telephone to respondents in Pennsylvania.
• Shifts run 3 hours, with calls daily from 10 am to 9 pm.
• Work may be in person or remote depending on location and qualifications.
• Positions available immediately and offer flexible part-time work.
