Job summary

Plaza Healthcare is seeking a Receptionist to join our facility. The role will answer and route calls, greet visitors and support all departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will perform data entry, assist with staffing/coverage for nursing, and maintain professional interactions with residents, families and staff.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare, strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with energy and empathy.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic.
• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
• Ability to organize and ensure completion of multiple documents.
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry.

• Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Perform support for all departments.
• Perform Data Entry work.
