Job summary

Exceptional Wellness Counseling seeks a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW) for a part-time, fee-for-service role with weekend availability. Earn $65 per session (90837) and receive full administrative support, flexible scheduling, and CEU/wellness stipends. Based in Manalapan, NJ with additional opportunities in Shrewsbury or via virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NJ as LPC or LCSW.
• Experience with children (age 5+) preferred.
• Experience with couples therapy preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Motivated to grow clinically and professionally.
• Able to support evening and/or weekend client demand.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients.
• Facilitate group therapy (if experienced and interested).
• Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with external providers and community resources when needed.
• Support clients through treatment progression and discharge planning.
