Job summary
Freedom Village Brandywine is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN to join our team in a part-time capacity. The role provides direct nursing care to residents in a Personal Care Home/Assisted Living setting and supervises care by Resident Caregivers. Shifts include 2:00 pm–10:30 pm and 10:00 pm–6:30 am with differential pay.

Qualifications
- Current PA nursing license or eligibility in PA is required.
- Flexibility to be available for emergencies and on-call as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independent living.
- Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and help develop and monitor care plans.
- Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on community conditions, staff performance, resident conditions, and nursing supplies.
- Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established policies and standards.
- Coordinate and ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing services with other disciplines.
