Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth services to clients across Michigan during evenings and weekends. Eligible candidates are independently licensed in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD) with a commitment to 10 sessions weekly and 15 hours of availability.

The role includes credentialing support, billing and scheduling assistance, and opportunities for paid clinical supervision in select states. Expect a full caseload within 90 days with generous bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan — LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children
• Invested in measurable client progress
• Confident with telehealth and EHR tools
• Good teammate; building a clinical community

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinical guidelines
• Utilize telehealth platforms and EHR for documentation and scheduling
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Offer flexible scheduling seven days a week, 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET
