Job summary

Thriveworks in California is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate telehealth therapy to clients during evenings and weekends. You must be independently licensed in California (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and commit to at least 10 sessions per week with 15 hours of availability.

Qualifications

• Licensed in CA (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) required.
• Available for at least 10 sessions per week with 15 hours of availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools.
• Strong team contributor and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions in evenings and weekends.
• Monitor client progress and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with Thriveworks clinical team and support staff.
