Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking a General Cleaner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality cleaning services. The role requires energy, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

The position is Part Time on the 2nd shift, with hours: Mon-Fri 8:30p-12:30a and Sat-Sun 4:30p-7:30p. Compensation is $15/hr, plus PTO and 401(k) eligibility, and daily pay is now offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Clean, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash in designated areas following safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any safety risks or needed repairs.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
