Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. of materials.
• Licensed Stationary Engineer or refrigerant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all HVAC and related equipment.
• Conduct utility tests including Fire Pumps and Generators.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC equipment.
