Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep at 7578 SE Maricamp Rd to handle phone and walk-in orders, stock ingredients, and prepare products. You will communicate with customers and co-workers, perform basic math, enter orders on a computer, and stand for long periods.

Shifts usually run 4pm–9pm, 15–40 hours weekly, Thursday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays. This weekend/evening oriented role offers a friendly team environment and the opportunity to learn

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to perform basic math and give correct change.
• Proficient in entering orders on a computer keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process telephone and walk in orders.
• Stock ingredients from multiple storage areas, including at 32 degrees.
• Prepare product and clean equipment and store as requested.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Stand for long periods; no chairs are provided.
