Job summary

Counseling Unconditionally is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor, serving couples and adults. We value self-motivation, dependability, and confidence in delivering effective therapy. Evening and weekend availability will be prioritized to meet client demand.

Position is based in Prospect, KY with 20-25 hours per week and compensation of $90-$130 per hour. Join a supportive practice focused on quality care and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Fully licensed in Kentucky (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW or equivalent); associate licenses considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Specialized training or certifications (EMDR, Gottman-Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ethical care.
• Ability to manage a flexible, self-directed schedule.
• Weekend and/or evening availability strongly preferred to accommodate current client needs.
