Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance.
• Willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time.
• Able to pass a criminal history and reference check.
• Prefer caregiver experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Provide compassionate companionship and engagement.
• Support clients with mobility and daily routines.
• Maintain professional standards and report changes to supervisors.
