Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a caregiver in Minnesota. The role offers a wage of $19.88 per hour for a part-time schedule (Thu/Fri 3pm-11pm and EO Sat/Sun 10am-8pm). You’ll help participants live well by supporting daily activities, personal care, and community involvement.

You’ll build meaningful relationships, encourage participation in activities, and support goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. A compassionate, patient approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support those with complex needs.
• Build real, meaningful relationships and help participants engage in community activities.
• Support participants with goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
