Cooperative Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to join our growing team throughout the St. Louis City and County areas. We offer meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team in a home-care setting.

Schedules include evenings 4:30pm-8:30pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends, with additional shifts possible based on availability and area. Weekly pay and benefits for longer hours are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable assisting clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to work
• Proof of auto insurance is required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support in clients' homes
• Maintain reliable scheduling and timely communication with the team
• Help monitor clients' well-being and report changes to supervisors
