Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year or more of related customer service experience; two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer skills and strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct procedures are followed by staff on duty.
• Check staff locations and stay aware of the floor plan during shifts.
• Lead in emergency situations and act quickly when needed.
• Provide information to members and guide new members to activities and areas.
• Inform program staff of problems in their areas and call for substitutes when areas are not staffed.
• Follow safety guidelines and proactively solve problems.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective members and guests.
