Job summary

Interactive Kids, LLC is seeking experienced BCBA/BCaBA consultants for part-time, per diem work across South Jersey. You will provide ABA consultation in home and community settings, focusing on individualized behavior programs and caregiver training. Travel to assigned clients is required, with evenings and weekends emphasized.

Compensation is $65/hour for billable services. This role offers NJ sick time accrual, an NSO stipend, and access to free CEUs, with training resources and crisis

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification.
• Minimum 1 year ABA consultation experience in home or community settings.
• Ability to work independently with clinical judgment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel across South Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA consultation in home and community settings.
• Develop, monitor, and update behavior programming based on client needs.
• Guide RBTs and ABA Therapists implementing treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver training, modeling, and clinical recommendations.
• Review data and make treatment decisions based on client progress.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and the Interactive Kids clinical team.
• Complete consultation notes and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain professional and ethical BACB standards.
