Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking dependable Valet Trash Technicians to join our team. You will collect trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps at assigned apartment communities in the DFW area, and transport waste to the dumpster.

Shifts run Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to about 9:30 PM, with a biweekly pay of $400 plus paid holidays. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with data are required, and you should be comfortable outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Dependable and self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed on-site.
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan and camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
