Job summary

Paycom is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician in the South Austin area, with a Sunday-Thursday shift from 7:00 PM to about 9:00 PM. You will work independently at an apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling to keep the property clean, while adhering to safety guidelines and route protocols.

The role requires physical effort, driving eligibility, and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
