Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) in Denver is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to fill orders and cut wires in the wire center. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with daily variety, including managing wire inventory and customer orders.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 75 pounds, read a tape measure, and work with a team. Forklift experience is a plus. Shift runs 1:00pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday, under the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Willingness to learn how to cut wire and perform industry specific tasks in our warehouse is key.
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist.
• Ability to work on concrete floor for entire shift.
• Ability to climb ladders to pull material.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Identify, measure, and cut the correct wire for customers.
• Fill product orders ensuring accuracy of measurement and wire product selection.
• Operate the forklift as needed to complete project work.
• Maintaining the assigned work zone.
• Resolving discrepancies with appropriate departments.
