Job summary

Imperial Brady in Franklin, MA seeks a Warehouse Porter/Housekeeper to keep a clean, organized warehouse and office areas in line with OSHA guidelines. You will support daily operations and maintain safety and cleanliness across the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience as a porter in a warehouse setting. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–finish with some overtime, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse porter role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, guardrails, and other surfaces in the warehouse and office areas.
• Maintain the warehouse and offices in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Operate forklift equipment to stack pallets.
• Operate the trash compactor, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler.
• Perform other duties as requested.
