Job summary

etrailer is seeking a Warehouse Picking Associate in Missouri to accurately select and stage customer orders on-site. You will use tablets and scanners to locate goods, verify quantities, and safely operate equipment like pallet jacks and powered stock chasers.

The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Starting compensation is $20.00 per hour with opportunities on both full-time and part-time schedules in an onsite

Qualifications

• Must be accurate in selecting products and ensuring correct quantities.
• Able to stay active in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
• Experience in warehouse, picking, fulfillment, or logistics is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Use tablets and scanners to locate and accurately pick products throughout the warehouse.
• Verify products and quantities to ensure each pick is correct before moving the order forward.
• Learn to operate powered stock chasers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Stage and organize picked products so orders can proceed efficiently through fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while staying active during the shift.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve picking accuracy and efficiency.
