Job summary

Tate is hiring a detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our Glasgow, KY warehouse. You’ll pick, pack, and stage customer orders, verify quantities, and prepare shipments while keeping a safe, organized environment. Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

We value accuracy, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You’ll work with a collaborative team and have opportunities for career advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification or ability to obtain certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders and work instructions.
• Verify item quantities and accuracy before packing.
• Pack products safely and securely for shipment.
• Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Operate forklifts, when trained and authorized, to move palletized products to shipping/staging areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
