Job summary

United is seeking a Warehouse Conveyable Picker in Smyrna, GA with a 5:00 pm start until completion. The role involves picking multiple products, labeling, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced, safety-conscious warehouse environment.

Qualifications include 18+ years, preferred six months in a similar role, and experience with pallet jacks/forklifts. You will maintain inventory records, operate handheld devices, and assist in various zones as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Six months of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Experience operating pallet jack, forklift, and power equipment preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Able to learn United technology and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Place labels on boxes in the order received.
• Accurately distinguish product descriptions and item numbers at a fast pace.
• Verbally communicate inventory needs to Warehouse Area Manager when low.
• Safely operate the conveyor line and shut it down in case of emergency.
• Keep records to guarantee inventory control and stock rotation.
• Assist with physical inventories as required.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a neat, clean, orderly workplace.
• Assist in other zones when necessary and maintain warehouse security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
