Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Palletizer to support unloading totes, full cases, and coolers. You’ll ensure pallets are orderly and built correctly for loading, with attention to route and stop numbers.

This full-time role offers a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, benefits after 30 days (Health, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, life, 401(k), PTO, sick time, disability, ESOP, holiday pay) and a competitive hourly pay of $20.25.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management.
• Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines.
• Teamwork and cooperation to address problems.

Responsibilities

• Unload totes, full cases, and coolers and palletize them by route and stop number.
• Ensure pallets are orderly and properly built prior to loading.
• Scan each package and condense cases; remove empty pallets.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with palletizing lanes end of shift.
• Communicate any mechanical issues with the lanes to management.
