Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking team members to select cases and containers from multi-level racks for customer orders. You’ll move pallets with a pallet jack or forklift, wrap and label goods, and prep shipments while following safety and quality standards.

Starting pay is $22.39 per hour with incentives. The role includes health benefits from day one, a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, education assistance, PTO, and opportunities for growth within America's food

Qualifications

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime as needed.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs as required (location dependent).
• Able to work in multiple temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Able to become EPJ certified during new-hire training period.
• Able to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Place items on pallets, wrap, label, and prepare for shipment.
• Move completed orders to loading dock with pallet jack/forklift.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout production process.
• Operate equipment and assist team to meet productivity targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
