Job summary

UNFI in Fargo, ND is seeking an Order Selection team member to accurately pull customer orders and palletize items for placement in correct locations. You will operate pallet jacks or forklifts and work in a temperature-varied warehouse, supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Warehouse and/or pallet jack experience preferred
• Previous order selection or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Willing to consent to background check and drug screen
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and handle bending and lifting
• Work in varying temperatures from -20 to 80 degrees
• Good judgment when supervision may not be immediately available

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and selects grocery, perishable, general merchandise or supplies
• Transports products within the warehouse using pallet jack or forklift
• Works in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures
• Assists other departments with workload as needed
• Maintains relationships with team through courteous conduct
• Keeps order selection speed and accuracy with minimal damage
• Attends work regularly and on time as scheduled
• Ensures correct labels on pallets
