Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking an Order Builder to join our warehouse team in Meridian, ID. You will assemble delivery loads, pull items with voice-picking, and ensure orders are accurate and ready for shipping, contributing to seamless restocking for customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability and certification for pallet jack within a month are part of the requirements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (or GED) required.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Pallet jack or forklift experience preferred.
Ability to obtain pallet jack certification within one month after hire date.
Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive.

Responsibilities

Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallets.
Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery.
Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
Complete training requirements.
Restock product in picking areas as needed.
Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
