CHS Inc. in Othello, WA seeks a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support daily warehouse tasks in a fast-paced agricultural setting. You will operate forklifts, fill totes, support bagging operations, conduct inventory counts, and ensure safe handling and accurate records.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet physical requirements. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 2:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations or related fields.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Pre-employment screening may be required to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trailers, move pallets, palletize products, pick orders and complete documents.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow procedures and regulations.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Manage inventory and follow FIFO shipping/rotation principles.
