Job summary

Scentsy, Inc. (Corporate Office) is seeking a Warehouse Operator to carefully, accurately, and efficiently handle, load, and unload inventory. The role runs 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday to Friday, and focuses on safeguarding stock and supporting warehouse operations.

You’ll load and unload trucks, replenish inventory, use FIFO practices, assist with cycle counts, and ensure a clean, safe work environment while delivering reliable customer service and data entry via handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of FIFO and inventory processes.
• Ability to read reports and enter data via handheld scanner.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with raw goods and finished materials.
• Replenish inventory from overstock into fixed bins.
• Apply First In First Out (FIFO) when moving inventory.
• Fulfill requisitions for shipping and move inventory to shipping area.
• Assist inventory management and transfers using handheld scanners.
• Put away inventory from trucks into overstock bins.
• Conduct overstock replenishment and various bin transfers.
• Provide high level customer service and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with cycle and year-end inventory counts.
• Identify and handle potentially hazardous materials as required.
