Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in production assembly.
• 2+ years’ experience in operating forklifts.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce, including adults with disabilities.
• Ability to pass drug screening and criminal history background check, and/or fingerprinting as appropriate at any time during employment
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble products according to SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area per OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with supervisor to meet contract timelines and production targets.
• Assist with pre-production setup and material handling as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of role and contract.
