Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a warehouse role in Auburn, WA. The position runs Sunday 6:00pm–2:30am and Monday 6:30pm–3:00am with a pay rate of $24.45 per hour, including shift differential. Benefits include 401k contributions, paid time off, and early access to wages with myFlexPay.

No bonus eligibility is noted; training provided on day one. Primary duties include order picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and cross-training across warehouse areas. Equipment training may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 ft.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
