Job summary

Primo Brands in Lanham, MD seeks a Warehouse Loader to move products within the warehouse and load/unload route trucks manually or by forklift. Shift starts at 7:00 PM, with overtime as needed; schedule Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.

Compensation is $24.00 per hour plus 6–8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, paid vacation, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years).
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner.
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift.
• Palletize products for loading.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage.
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained.
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling.
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time).
