Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Material Handlers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for a 2nd shift in a clean, safety‑driven warehouse environment.

You will operate sit‑down forklifts, perform picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) match.

We value reliability, teamwork and strong communication; high school diploma preferred and forklift license required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift license/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift and perform material handling.
• Pick, pack, ship, and receive goods accurately.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support training and onboarding as needed.
