Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Downers Grove, IL is hiring a Distribution Associate for the 2nd shift to receive, store, pick, and ship finished products. You will operate stacker and forklifts, follow safety standards, and use SAP to support inventory transactions.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, maintaining 5S standards and contributing to on-time delivery while meeting quality and safety requirements. A high school diploma and distribution experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years distribution/logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift licensing.
• Experience operating forklifts and other powered equipment.
• Experience with SAP and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products from production and prepare for storage and shipment.
• Safely operate stacker equipment and perform lockout/tagout procedures.
• Sort and organize products for inventory control and storage.
• Support production flow and warehouse operations as needed.
• Pick orders using MOA numbers and correct pick lists.
• Load outbound trucks and maintain proper load security.
