Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Utility Clerk to maintain a clean, orderly warehouse facility. The role involves heavy cleaning tasks, reporting repairs, and operating cleaning equipment to keep floors, walls, and fixtures in top condition.

The position is outbound with a 2:00pm shift start. Ideal candidates have at least one year in commercial cleaning and familiarity with janitorial tools, safety rules, and proper chemical use. DailyPay is available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in commercial cleaning; warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard janitorial methods, practices, tools, and equipment.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage time to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service, clean, and supply restrooms; gather and empty trash.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, windows and mirrors.
• Move heavy furniture and equipment with manual effort or hand truck.
