The role pays $18.00/hour with an additional $2.00/hour shift differential for 2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m. and includes a $1,000 retention bonus, paid after 6 and 12 months of continuous full-time service.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with required overtime possible before or after shifts. It is a non-climate-controlled warehouse role with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work.
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Overtime may be required before or after scheduled shift.
• Work environment includes frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional ladder use.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Work safely at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for shipment.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed.
• Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with peers and supervisors to keep work moving smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
