Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse dock associates to join a safety‑mocused team in Coppell, TX. The role offers a 1:30 PM–10:00 PM schedule with a total hourly target of $23 including a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Must be able to work independently, with strong numbers and time management.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Stage and sort products for loading and loads/unloads trailers safely.
• Open/close dock doors and move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Scan freights/parts and ensure accurate inventory handling.
