Five Below is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced store environment. Responsibilities include stacking merchandise, building pallets, and accurately picking store orders for shipment.

The role uses an RF gun for tasks like picking and replenishment, and requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing long hours, and adapting to seasonal temperature changes.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand simple written and spoken instructions.
• Forklift/pallet rider/pallet jack experience is helpful.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work an alternate shift with limited notice.
• Stands, lifts and performs manual dexterity for long shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50‑pound boxes and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
• Pick store orders for shipment with correct quantities.
• Place boxes on pallets or conveyors; build and shrink wrap pallets.
• Move pallets using pallet jack and maintain clean, orderly facilities.
• Use RF Gun for picking, receiving, put-away, replenishments, and loads.
