Job summary

Palram Basic in Kutztown, PA is seeking a Warehouse Laborer II for the 2nd shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm). This on-site role supports inbound/outbound processes, packing and shipping finished goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will work with the Warehouse Team Leader to meet customer specifications while following ISO 9000 policies and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy materials and physically fit.
• Ability to manage time and complete assigned work.
• Work as a team player and coordinate with fellow workers.
• Ability to use warehouse equipment (Forklift and CDL certifications a plus).
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound and outbound goods and materials in the warehouse.
• Meets customer and stock storage specifications.
• Follows ISO 9000 policies and procedures.
• Complies with safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs pallet making, wrapping, tagging, labeling, and stocking.
• Loads and unloads trucks/containers.
• Maintains tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Coordinates work with co-workers and reports discrepancies.
• Conducts pre-shift checks on warehouse machinery.
