Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun, experienced voice teacher to join our team at Evolve Dance Company in Rockford, IL. Instructors with availability from 4:00pm-9:00pm on weekdays are preferred, with a preference for those who can teach beginning piano.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in performance or equivalent experience and a love of teaching. Successful candidates will be able to pass a routine background check, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate punctuality.

Qualifications

• Degree in performance or equivalent performing experience.
• Experience teaching music to young musicians.
• Punctual and reliable with transportation.
• Ability to pass a routine background check.
• Evening availability 4:00pm-9:00pm on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Teach voice to students at Evolve Dance Company in Rockford, IL.
• Work part-time during weekday evenings (4:00pm–9:00pm).
• Collaborate with Ensemble Schools network and studio staff.
