Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to work Sunday–Thursday evenings in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling, transport items to the dumpster, and monitor property cleanliness on assigned apartment communities.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather. A valid driver’s license and a smartphone with data are required.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pickup loose litter across the property and report violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
