Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Utility Technician in Menlo Park, CA, to perform routine maintenance and preventative tasks across diverse environments. You will keep work areas safe, assist in repairs, and ensure production accuracy while following safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, up to six months' experience, and a valid driver’s license (forklift certification may be required). Shift: Monday–Friday, 6pm–2:30am, with hourly pay. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Six months in a company environment or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clear MVR; forklift certification may be required and safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Follow posted safety standards and wear PPE when necessary.
• Inspect and repair fleet vehicles, troubleshoot power tools or replace a broken component on a production machine.
• Inspect work process to ensure all projects turn out correctly.
• Take direction and respond to supervision, work in a team with other employees.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• May utilize Boom Lift/Highlift to complete tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
