Job summary

Brock & Company is seeking a Part-Time Utility Associate to join our team in Marlborough, MA. This role supports the kitchen and dining operations, maintaining a clean workstation and handling deliveries with a focus on safety and service excellence.

The position offers a Monday through Thursday schedule (4:00–7:30 PM), with Fridays and weekends free, and uniforms and meals provided as part of our team benefits.

Qualifications

• Washing, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment & service ware.
• Receive, unpack, rotate, and store deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Adhere to COVID-19 safety and sanitation standards.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Washing, sanitizing, and maintenance of food production equipment & service ware determined by the supervisor and the cleaning schedule.
• The removal of trash and waste, as determined by supervisor, to a determined location.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, & stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms via supervisor’s instructions.

Education
