Job summary

Skaalen Heights in Stoughton, WI is seeking a compassionate Universal Caregiver for a part-time NOC shift from 2p-10p. Join a 33-apartment assisted living community focused on personalized care and a supportive team environment.

You will help residents live comfortably and independently, assisting with daily activities, meals, and light housekeeping while building relationships with residents and families. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus—but not required. We'll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Pass medications safely (training provided if needed).
• Serve meals and assist during dining.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Respond to resident needs during shift.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Work closely with nurses and the care team to provide exceptional care.
