Job summary

NATIVE HEALTH is seeking a part-time Security Guard (Unarmed) to protect and patrol facilities in the Mesa area. The role focuses on maintaining safety, monitoring properties, and supporting site upkeep while working closely with a team.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid Security Guard Card (or willingness to obtain one within 6 months), and OSHA training. Excellent customer service and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Possession of a Security Guard Card or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• OSHA training is required annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services for securing and patrolling NATIVE HEALTH facilities.
• Guard and monitor all buildings and properties; dispose of trash and debris daily.
• Maintain a visible presence indoors and outdoors to prevent theft and property damage.
• Assist with stocking agency materials at each site daily; work in a team to address maintenance needs.
