Job summary

Cox Monett Hospital is seeking a qualified ultrasound technologist to perform ultrasound procedures according to established medical standards. You will work under physician supervision, ensuring patient welfare and providing high-quality imaging.

Requirements include graduation from an approved sonography program and ARDMS/ARRT certification verification. Evening shifts with on-call rotation are part of the schedule, with opportunities for professional development through a clinical ladder.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible in medical sonography from an approved school.
• One year ultrasound experience required OR degree completion within program.
• Preferred: two years of dedicated sonography imaging experience.
• ARMD/ARRT verification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound/sonography procedures as per standards and protocols.
• Maintain patient welfare, confidentiality and comfort during imaging.
• Produce optimum imaging with appropriate positioning and physiology.
