Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a night-shift warehouse associate in California. Work Monday through Friday, 3pm–11pm, using a variety of material handling equipment to move products and materials while following safety standards and Lineage policies.

Responsibilities include placing and retrieving palletized units, recording weights and counts via RF, loading/unloading, verifying counts, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience with turret/swing reach equipment.
• Ability to work at heights and in cold storage conditions.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Ability to read, interpret, and scan pallet IDs or input numbers.
• Basic math skills for counting and packing accuracy.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language (English).
• Comfort working in cold environments as low as -20°F/-25°C.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to tolerate varying noise levels in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for rack placement.
• Pick palletized units from racks and prepare for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weights, counts, and item condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on/off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Follow computerized work orders to locate items for shipping.
• Document damages and discrepancies to supervisors or leads.
• Pack, seal, label pallets for shipping using RF scanning as needed; ensure pallets are wrapped securely.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and store/clean batteries as required.
• Escalate product/material issues to the appropriate lead.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse during/after shifts.
